Why you should use whey protein ?

You are  doing everything right in gym and eating good in the kitchen, in-spite of that you are feeling like not quite growing;  why? That feeling is nothing wrong; after all, for almost all of us, the whole point of going for the workout is to continually create a more muscular version of themselves. One often-ignored way to get better results and possibly increase quality of life is through the simple
addition of whey protein.
There are various potential health benefits of consuming whey protein and I’ve narrowed it down to the 6 points as below.
1.      Preserve Muscle & Lose Fat
Did you ever decrease your caloric intake to lose some flab off your body? If yes, you might be happy to know that researchers in Minnesota, USA conducted a twelve-week study where bodybuilders’ daily caloric intake was decreased by 500 calories. They were then given whey and the rest were given other caloric mix beverage. Those drinking whey lost a significantly greater amount of body fat (6.1% total) and better preserved their muscles than the placebo.
2.      Better  Strength & Size
Baylor University, Texas, took 19 men doing weight training over a ten-week period for research and gave them whey and casein protein along with amino acids. Those who consumed the whey protein had greater increases in fat-less muscle mass and long lasting muscle strength. Follow the study and make habit of consuming whey protein one hour pre and post workout.
3.      Low  Hunger
Researchers from Australia had 28 very fat men consume four types of different drinks. In the group, those who consumed the drink having 50 grams of whey protein had dramatically reduced levels of ‘ghrelin’ (a hormone that signals your brain when hungry) up to approximately 4 hours later. So instead of enjoying on unhealthy snacks and drink; drink a whey protein.
4.      Cancer  Fighter
Cancer is dangerous. Fortunately, there are ways to get rid of it. Apart from medical treatments , various studies have concluded that whey protein may help in the fight against some cancer prostate cancer and colon cancer. Whether you are at risk, remember to get screened at hospital and listen to the advice of your medical professionals, and consider including whey protein in your diet.
5.      Reduces Stress
Are you experiencing stressful days? Don’t you dare touch liquor because research done in the Netherlands have found a better alternative for those who are vulnerable to stress. They put 58 persons through experimental stress and concluded that those who consumed whey protein shown lesser symptoms of depression and stress and was in better mood than those who didn’t consume whey. They concluded that there were likely changes in the brain serotonin level.
         6.     Immune System boosting

Would you like to boost your immune system? Researchers from University of Alberta found that people involved in tiring aerobic activity suffered from considerably decreased glutathione levels that impacts on things as the nervous system, gastrointestinal area, and total immune systems. However, they also found that by consuming whey protein, they experienced appreciably lesser reduction in glutathione. If you like increased cardio workouts, then start supplementing with Whey protein.
